To practise as a regulated health professional in Ontario, you must be a member of your profession’s regulatory college and hold a certificate of registration. Regulated health professionals are required by law to deliver competent, ethical and professional services, and are accountable to the public through their respective colleges.
The College of Homeopaths of Ontario is the regulatory body for homeopathy practice in Ontario. The College of Homeopaths of Ontario was established to allow self-regulation of the homeopathy profession within the framework of the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 (RHPA) and the Homeopathy Act, 2007. The College has a specific duty to protect the public interest.
