Eligibility – Clerk

  • Medical students enrolled in the last two years of an undergraduate program at any Ontario medical school;
  • NEW: Medical students who participated in an extended/advanced clerkship program after September 1, 2017
  • Accepted for a clinical rotation in Ontario at an Academic Health Science Centre hospital more than 100 kilometres from the clerk’s home medical school (with the exception of travel between campuses of the same medical school, e.g. travel from Thunder Bay and Sudbury for rotations at NOSM, travel between Windsor and London for rotations at Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at Western University);
  • Rotations must be a minimum of two weeks to a maximum of 12 weeks*
  • Have not received CTP travel and/or accommodation reimbursement for the same academic year; and
  • Have not received compensation for travel and/or accommodations through another program
